Adriano Galasso (Born 1945) was born in a small town in Italy called Ariis. He loved art from a young age and had a dream of becoming a professional artist one day. His talent was recognized by many who encouraged him to pursue art as a career. He got much support from his family, friends and teachers. He was able to produce very beautiful images at such a young age. His hard work and dedication made him to get a scholarship to the Institute of Graphic Arts of Cagliari. He was never satisfied and he had to attend another school in Milan for a 3-year course in cartoons. That’s not all; after his graduation, he became a pupil of Zazzeri, the Italian renowned sculptor. Galasso’s learning process has been easy because he is open to criticism, and is willing to learn from other artists.
He’s always on the lookout for new styles and techniques to help improve his work. His art has found its way to many art galleries, shows and exhibitions where they have received positive reviews from professional critics. Under the mentoring of Zazzeri, the artist he deepened and honed his natural ability in the art of "modellato". Galasso became a part of Via Bagutta Milan since 1981. This is the Independent Group of Painters. He has held exhibitions in many areas locally in Italy, as well as internationally.
