Lisa Audit is a Canadian fine artist who paints mainly in oil, although she also uses pen & ink and acrylics. She was born and brought up in Marbleton, Quebec, where she started drawing at a very tender age. Lisa was blessed with a loving and supportive family that helped her nurture her art and drawing talents throughout her childhood and teenage years. After her high school, she proceeded to college to study graphic art in an effort to enhance her knowledge of colors and design. Lisa then worked for several reputable wallpaper producing companies before expanding her activities to include stationery, bathroom items, and fabrics. She has been working at her home for the past 20 years, a place she chose because it gives her a good time with her family that consists of her husband and two kids. At the same time, working from home has given her amazing inspirations, with some of her best designs being inspired by her son and daughter. Her main subject is flowers, but she also covers a wide array of other subjects, including product ads and bathroom accessories. Lisa uses contemporary graphic stripes to create her artwork, ensuring that they deliver the best in color and light effects.
"Browsing around beautiful furniture stores, searching for new trends; these are some of the things that feed my inspiration and hopefully that passion echoes throughout my work. Color is a very important aspect of it all - it creates the mood. For me, it's all about having fun."
