She combines different techniques and styles, but focuses on the theme of nature in her work. Anxieties and feelings, thoughts and fears, as well as the element of other possible worlds, her process goes on long sheets to reconstruct a pictorial reality that becomes surreal in its naturalness. The space in which her figures are engrossed is the symbol of a world that goes beyond reality. Some of the most recent works of hers are characterized by colors that are, unlike her earlier works, more alive and more present.
It represents a true come back to primitive conditions and a mythical nature bringing to the surface the appearance of deformed, brutal animals, but at the same time showing a harmony of nature aware of its imperfections. Her works highlight our true essence and nature - those are portraits of artist’s friends and family and self-portraits. Her art is in many collections, galleries, homes and institutions around the world. They are highly priced because their demand is high. Sometimes she allows the paint to take her in directions not predetermined. This award-winning artist’s goal is to evoke positive emotions for the viewer.
