Beth A. Forst (Born 1958) is an award-winning artist who’s a member of many regional, state and national art organizations. Many of her life experiences have made her to become plein air painter and an influential artist. A sales career in printing and the graphic arts field enhanced Beth’s knowledge before she began working as a sketch artist and mural painter. Painting plein air propelled her into full time painting, both in her studio and on location. Currently, her lifestyle and painting have become one...with her painting giving inspiration to her lifestyle and vise versa. She focuses on original excellence and this has lead to a remarkable body of work. She strives for works that please her viewers, her ideals and works that reflect her joy of life. Clients will find her works of art in art fairs and galleries throughout Chicago and the Midwest, as well as in private and corporate collections worldwide. Some of her clients say she’s one of Indiana’s best painters.

The artist’s use of light and color has emerged from the well-known trends and styles of contemporary impressionism, but her paintings are so much better. She has exhibited at many places including Telluride Invitational Paint-out, Telluride, Richmond Art Museum, Mercure Hotel, Paris France, Sigmanʼs Gallery, Broadripple, Columbia Club, Indianapolis, Indiana, and Castle Gallery, Fort Wayne, among many others. She has received numerous awards for her outstanding works.
