Margaret Juul specializes in teaming up with architects and interior designers to create the perfect art for spaces that are curated. Her work has been described as plummeting underneath waves amidst bubbling aqua tones. Her compositions are original and fresh expressions of the patterns and colors of water in motion. She uses her imagination to distill the kinetic essence of something dynamic. Her art is in the collection of The Ritz Carlton, Sarasota, NYU Surgical Center, The United States Army, Denver Memorial Foundation, Palisades Media, Chic Simple Publishers, Mama's Food Shop, Jackson Spalding, HILTON Sandestin Beach Resort, Wyndham Seawatch, Maryland Israel Development Center, and David Warden Studios, to mention just a few. Margaret is enormously appreciative that her art has touched the lives of so many people. Her Organic Coastal Waterscape Work Series is now one of the most well-regarded and widely recognized collections, used by people all over the world in designing exceptional interior styles for public spaces, personal homes and offices.
After she explores several coastal landscapes, the artist’s objective is to help her viewers connect with her work, enhancing a spirit of relaxation, calm and beauty. From Chicago’s Lake Michigan to the shores of her New York birthplace, to the tropics of Tampa Bay, the waters have held an unwavering hold on her spirit —intuition, fluidity and reflective volatility. Margaret’s goal is to have work created to promote an understanding of the challenges people face with regard to climate that’s ever changing. Although all aspects are important, she’s focusing on Living Oceans and Fresh Water.
