Hannes Beer is a graphic designer, photographer and illustrator based in Germany. He loved art from a tender age and had some greater artists as some of his early influencers. His art shows some influence of the Bauhaus School. His art has a graphical uniqueness that expresses a very evocative look at graphic forms, drawings and lines and in a certain economy of vintage reading and colors. Beer produces a rather minimalist graphic language. The process through which he constructs his images seems as it passes through a filter where it will abstracting until the final design is obtained. He has received many awards including the Red Dot Design Award, DDC Deutscher Designer Club Award, MFG Award, European Design Award, and German Design Award, to name just a few.
His art has appeared in many publications including Human Logo, Geek Art, 52 Illustrated Cooking Cards, LogoLounge Book 8, Monster Box, Alternative Movie Posters, Nature Logo, Modern Heraldry, 16Hours Magazine, Knack Focus and Dpi. Viewers can also see his art in various application lines such as posters, books, advertisements, and other areas of advertising. Currently his art is well grounded and they can be found in almost all corners of the world on the walls of galleries, museums, homes and private and public institutions. Beer says he’s a graphic designer because that’s what he feels he can do better and that’s what makes him feel fulfilled and happy. He loves the creativity and the fun that graphic design brings with it.
