Karin Johannesson was born and raised in Waterloo, Ontario. She’s been painting and drawing all her life. Karin is a self-trained artist who’s guided by instinct. She uses mediums in unconventional and bold ways. Karin’s process is intuitive and spontaneous and she likes to work quickly so as to complete her paintings in one or two sittings.
