Roy Schwarz is a photographer who specializes in travel, landscape, and nature photography. He currently resides in Howell, MI, United States but was originally from Randolph, New Jersey. Schwarz studied at Randolph Township High School, NJ, Marietta College, Fairleigh Dickinson University, and at The Ohio State University. He studied Biology, Biology/Physiology, and Pharmacology. After graduation, he worked a Scientist at Ciba Geigy Corp., Senior Scientist at Parke Davis Pharmaceutical Research, and as Senior Research Fellow at Pfizer. Schwarz, however, prefers to work as a photographer and, today, he’s the owner of Roy Schwarz Photography, LLC, a company through which he serves his clients who are spread throughout the world. Schwarz says that a photo is like a poem – in fact, a visual poem.
This is because it makes the viewer to understand, experience, and sense it in his own personal way. The photographer believes that just like a poem, a good photo brings out stories, feelings and even strong spiritual experience. According to him, a good photo has the ability to awaken the sense of beauty and also ignite inner feelings of strong emotions. He likes it when his clients look at his art and appreciates them. If that happens, he considers that he has succeeded in his mission. His images are a source of inspiration for many upcoming photographers. They have won prizes in many photo contests. The artist has experienced great success over the last couple of years, and he has managed to participate in many exhibitions. Photography inspires him to appreciate nature.
