Since 2003 Pam Ilosky has worked at World Art Group and is currently a graphic designer and has some of her artwork sold as prints through this company. She also works with a publishing company in Richmond, Virginia. Pam is always looking for opportunities in freelancing in cartooning, illustration, storyboards and character design. So she encourages those who are interested in her art to feel free to contact her. With a background in Sequential Art, her major influences come from comics and Pop Art. Pam started her career as a traditional colorist. This has given her an eye for color blending and detail. Recently, to create digital illustrations, she has expanded into the digital art world by blending digital photography with traditional media. She’s an artist who specializes in Sequential Art, Illustration and Cartooning. She lives in Richmond, Virginia where she continues to produce high quality art.
Ever since she can remember, she knew she wanted to be an artist when she grew up. At the age of eight, she started writing and illustrating her own short stories and drawing comics. She has always loved to give life to the characters and their stories that live in her head. She received her Bachelors degree in Sequential Art with a minor in Media and Performing Arts. Pam studied at Virginia Commonwealth University for her Art Foundations. She then transferred to Savannah College of Art and Design, where she studied video, comics, animation, theater and cartooning. Out of all of these she has always loved animation.
