Beth Grove lives in Portland, Oregon with her domestic cat, Keekers which is her favorite companion. Her love of art began at a tender age and she used to admire the works of other artists in Oregon. She knew that she would one day become a professional artist. Beth began her career as a painter and designer for Carol Wilson Fine Arts, Inc. This company was producing gift items, stationery and greeting cards. Due to her excellent work, she soon became their resident painter something that made her passion for art even stronger. Her art is mainly loved by those who love what nature provides, especially those who love animals. Beth is a very dedicated artist who’s also very keen and versatile in her work always ensuring that her clients get the best.
Through her connections at Carol Wilson Fine Arts, Inc., she got acquainted to Cheryl Tuller who’s a local conservationist. Tuller was a great inspiration for her and really encouraged her in her work. In 2005 Beth was asked by Cheryl to create a watercolor painting for their annual benefit auction. This was a great success. The painting depicted one of the furry residents at the shelter. Through that and many other works that followed, Beth became very popular. For that reason she’s much sought after and always has some work at hand. With her experience of painting domestic kittens, she landed the opportunity of painting the larger cats which she considered as an exciting new challenge and a fun.
