Edward John Wargo, or colloquially Ed Wargo, is an American artist who has been a resident of Edison, New Jersey, since childhood. He has become part of the area and relishes in the hustle of it. Having grown in an old house with several old things such as memorabilia, old magazines, old signs, and advertisements, Wargo tends to love such things both in his daily life and his artistic works. He works as a teaching assistant in a local college where he attended his commercial art program. He also works as a freelancer who makes graphic works such as logos and advertising designs for different companies and organizations. His wardrobe is not without awards; he has earned several awards due to his school and artistic achievements. Wargo comes forth as an all rounded artist who uses almost every medium as long as it gives the best results. As such, he works with pencils, markers, computers, pastels, and more, just to ensure that the final work is satisfying.
Besides Wargo’s passion for art, he was also influenced somewhat by his father and uncle who were both artists. Were they to witness the person he is today, the works he's currently doing, and his achievements, they would really be proud of him. His works are found in several galleries and are also exhibited in different private and public collections. Some of his works are a collage of images and words meant to conspicuously pass his messages to his audience.
