Noah Li-Leger (Born 1984) is a painter whose parents who are also artists so he grew up surrounded by art. His exposure to a wide variety of art, including the North America and Europe’s great museums, inspires him to experiment with many different artistic mediums and also fuels his creativity. While growing up, the studio was his playground. He could paint on anything he could lay his hands on. Being born in an artistic family made him to learn quickly and at a very young age, he could produce images that most children of his age could not manage. He has always been interested in creative activities which have led to his career in art and design. His work has evolved to include traditional media with technologies. He takes pleasure in a combination of digital painting, digital imaging, photography and painting. He enjoys experimenting with new techniques, technologies, materials and media.
Li-Leger is always open to new ideas, requests for commissions, and feedback. Apart from painting, he also makes kinetic sculpture, which can be found in collections in Paris, New York, Montreal, and other cities worldwide. His approach to painting reflects his strong interest n design. The painting usually captures the eye, leaving interpretation to the viewer. Li-Leger’s paintings emphasize color and form, rather than literal subject matter. Li-Leger strives to always create pieces that reach out to the hearts of viewers. His expression of personality is evident in all his works. He prefers to achieve quality without adding too much sophistication. He doesn’t want too much detail to destroy his unique style and prefers to keep everything simple.
