Denny Driver Wall Art

When he was still young and fresh out of art school, Denny Driver created art for the sake of creating it. He just created art for his own satisfaction. He never knew this would turn out into a full time career, and never even exhibited his work, or sold paintings for money. Driver gave away his art to family members and friends. When he reached about 30 years, but without his knowledge, his wife (at the time) took one of his paintings down to a new gallery in their hometown, and shared it with the owner of the gallery. This gallery owner liked the painting. When his wife came home, she told him that he had a show at a certain gallery, if he wanted it. This is how he began (though reluctantly) showing in galleries, coffee houses and cafes. Most of his exhibitions came about by invitations and artist calls.

He participated in both solo exhibits and group shows, and still do. He has managed to exhibit in Rusty Raven Studio Gallery, Oak Hallow Gallery, Lemolo Café, Rivers Coffeehouse, Tasting Room Gallery, Las Laguna Art Gallery, Orange County Creatives, Wenatchee Valley Museum, Blackboard Gallery, PL Gallery, Mountlake Terrace, WA, Annual Arts of the Terrace, Parklane Gallery, RAC Gallery, and Ghost Gallery off site venue. Driver’s Groovy art honors the landscapes and wildlife we admire and celebrates the pets we love. With ink and image, composition and color, these majestic scenes and dear friends come to life in a groovy way.
