Kyle Mosher Wall Art

Kyle Mosher (Born 1985) is an artist from Canada currently living in Charlotte, NC. He’s a full-time artist who has been influenced by a range of artists including: Twombly, Picasso, Eduardo Recife Rauschenberg, and the Synthetic Cubism movement. He strives to merge the much recycled world of pop-art and the “superficial” with the classic traditional world of fine art. His signature style brings together a mix of screen printed acrylic, hand painted acrylic, decoupage and vintage paper to create art in both digital and analog mediums. He has worked with and has been featured in Karmaloop, Forbes Magazine, Mountain Dew's Green Label, High Snobiety, Radeberger, Complex, Bud Light, and more. His style and ideas were conceived from observing and studying modern artists like Picasso, Cézanne, Rauschenberg and Braque.

His work has been featured in galleries, streets and editorials both nationally and internationally. His fellow artists have noted that his method of painting is somewhat similar to that of Brazilian artist Eduardo Recife. Mosher studied and attainted his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the New Hampshire Institute of Art, where he was mentored by Lynn Pauley, a New York based illustrator. His personal work is enigmatic and often vague in subject matter. They contain graphic images which are used, worn, or made to feel old in nature. Mosher is keen to detail, and will not let anything pass without his notice. He picks the simple things that are often ignored by many artists. This has made his art to have a distinctive and recognizable look.
