Studio Mousseau knew at a young age that she would become an artist. As a child, there were many free hours to fill, and she could occupy most of her free time working on her drawings. Mousseau spent many enjoyable hours drawing and painting scenes and objects from her imagination. She now produces an array of delightful high quality paintings and many fine drawings. She paints flowers predominantly but also creates some exciting abstract pieces as well. She always looks at different methods of creating and presenting images so that the final products are unique, attractive and inspiring. Studio has worked in the commercial art market for fifteen years: graphic design, commercial illustration and, in the later years, art directing and designing for both the licensing markets and open edition print.
Mousseau has worked hard on developing her unique style that she paints in today. Her work has evolved over the years but there are always a few core techniques that remain in all her work. She balances her composition, and most of the pieces she does must have exciting, vibrant but balanced light and color and, at least, a natural object like a flower, a fruit, an animal, etc. Studio Mousseau features painted work and multi media in acrylics. In her quest for inspiration, she travels and reads a lot. She always tries to invite viewers to step into her paintings, and share a moment of pleasure. Her creative pieces are in great demand. That’s why many art galleries stock them. Her art works are also being sort after by many corporate and private collectors.
